Chilling your wine rapidly and correctly with the Cooper Cooler ™ does not alter the quality or taste of your wine. You may choose either the spin or no spin method.
The Wine setting on the unit is set to chill a standard wine bottle from 25°C (77°F) degrees to 5°C (41°F) degrees. The chilling cycle is six minutes. You can stop the machine at any time during the cycle by pressing the START/STOP button.
